You are about to enter enemy territory. You may want to read our study on Walking Through a Crisis with the Lord before proceeding.

First, you need some good tracts. Go to Way of the Master and order the Sample Pack.

Second, make sure you are familiar with Rom. 3:23, Rom. 6:23, Rom. 5:8. Rom. 10:9 and Eph. 2:8-9 and that you know how to use them in a conversation.

Third, PRAY before you witness. Ask God to bind Satan from interferring. Ask God to give you the words. Remember, it is not YOU but God who is working in this person's life.

Here is a typical conversation from a recent trip to Jamaica:

"So I hear there are a lot of bad guys around here?"

"No, mon, dey all be up on the hill. Dey come down, rob, go back."

"So you aren't one of the bad guys? You are a good guy?"

"Yah mon!"

"Can I ask you a few questions to make sure you are a good guy?"

"Sure, mon."

"Have you ever lied, stole anything, taken God's name in vain, lusted or dishonored your parents?"

So, you've said that you are a liar, etc. Can I ask you where you would spend eternity if God gives you what you deserve?

Note: do NOT push people into praying to become a Christian. Ask them if they want to pray if you are so led but try to leave the whole conversationin God's hands.
